In my strong opinion, sexual predators are the scum of the earth!
The article titled "A Culture of Indifference" says that sexual assaults on campus result from little to no punishment from the school's justice systems, "while their 'victims' lives are frequently turned upside down.

The time has come to take action. On Feb. 24, the ACE negotiations team was told that the Board of Trustees has said that there will be no "sharing the pain" to resolve these cuts until it gets worse. This means that the District has decided to resolve its budget problems with layoff and therefore devastation of the colleges.
